My Journey
In 2006, I was delivering pizzas.
Over the next 15 years, I worked my way up in the food industry β from line cook to Executive Chef.
Then the pandemic hit. I hit pause and decided to rebuild β in tech.
Reinventing Myself in IT
I didnβt go back to school for a title. I went to understand how everything works β from the OS up.
- Built a home lab to learn Linux, networking, and security hands-on
- Earned industry certs (A+, Network+, Security+, ISC2 CC)
- Stepped into POS systems and fintech support roles
- Automated workflows using Python, Bash, and even a little C#
Today, I lead a support team at a fintech company. I solve real problems, share what I learn, and build tools that make life easier for others.
